National Forest 10k:
Today I took part in my first 10k event. National Forest 10k pleased to beat my target time of 50mins, 48:14 results. All thanks to the support from my wife Julie & Nannette at NetPT & powered by Beet-it.

Our last chance of a ride today & the weather was fantastic, 28oC & no wind, what more could one ask for!!!

Contre la Montre by car:
Thursday 8th September:
Another rainy day so another late & lazy start to the day but with a picnic packed we set off on by car to follow the route I rode just a few days ago for Julie to take in the views, well what could be seen thro’ the low clouds. We found a spot for the picnic tho’ & thoroughly enjoyed it.
Once back at base I decided to partake a little run.

Treignac Trundle:
Weds 7th September:
A wet day meant no cycling today & a slow start to the day, after lunch we bit the bullet & set of for a woodland wander in the rain. A great little walk, ya' can't beat a wet woodland walk.
